The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Association

The Vineyard Crest Home Owners Association would like to thank the attendees and those who sent in proxies to have their voices heard and counted.  We reached a quorum and were able to pass our 2026 & 2027 Budget.  The meeting notes will be sent via email and postal service in the upcoming days.  The 2026 Annual Meeting Minutes have also been added to this site under Annual Meeting Minutes.  

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC would like to remind home owners of the responsibility to keep their houses and properties well maintained, including keeping lawns mowed, edged and sidewalks free of weeds. The summer months are a great time to get outdoors and make sure our properties are being maintained in accordance with the HOA Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's). General reminder that if you plan on making changes, alterations, painting, installing structures, fences, significant changes to landscaping, adding AC units etc.   Submissions should be sent to the ACC for approval prior to commencing work. Requests can be sent to vineyardcresthoa@gmail.com. 

Generally speaking, if you are maintaining, repairing, and/or replacing in-kind, then a change request does not need to be submitted. However, if it is not an in-kind change (e.g. change in color, style, addition of a structure, etc), please provide ample notice before beginning a project as well as sufficient details, such as a large sample of the proposed style or color.  For additional information, we suggest you review our CC&R’s Section 5.1  Construction & Exterior Alterations or Repairs (Page 12).

Parking

Please remember street parking is to be for temporary usage. The CC&R's along with city statutes offer resources for the use of street parking.  Please do not block the sidewalk when parking.  We all know our streets are narrow and a lot of us park on the edge of the sidewalk to allow for more room on the street. However, sidewalks need enough room for a wheelchair or baby stroller to pass through.
