Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The ACC would like to remind home owners of the responsibility to keep their houses and properties well maintained, including keeping lawns mowed, edged and sidewalks free of weeds. The summer months are a great time to get outdoors and make sure our properties are being maintained in accordance with the HOA Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's). To review the CC&R's, see the page entitled Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions.

Please remember street parking is to be for temporary usage. The CC&R's along with city statutes offer resources for the use of street parking.

Please do not block the sidewalk when parking. We all know our streets are narrow and a lot of us park on the edge of the sidewalk to allow for more room on the street. However, sidewalks need enough room for a wheelchair or baby stroller to pass through.
